📋 Booking Policy
– A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of booking and check-in.
– Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
💳 Deposit Policy
– A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover incidentals.
– For pet-friendly stays, a $200 refundable deposit is required. This will be refunded at check-out following a room inspection.
❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy
– Free cancellation is available up to 2 days before arrival.
– Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival will incur a charge equal to the total reservation amount.
– No-shows will be charged the full booking amount with no refund issued.
👶 Child Policy
– Children of all ages are welcome.
– The price shown reflects the number of adults in your search. Please include children in your booking to view accurate pricing and occupancy.
– Extra beds are not available.
– The number of cots allowed depends on the room type. Please check the room’s maximum capacity before booking.
🕑 Check-In Policy
– Check-in time: From 2:00 PM onwards.
– Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us in advance.
– Check-in requirements:
– Valid photo ID and credit card for verification.
– Payment for the stay is required at check-in unless prepaid.
– Only guests listed in the booking confirmation may stay in the room. Additional guests may incur extra charges.

Pet Deposit & Refund
